Serena

OWNER, DIRECTOR, PROCESS LOVER & YOUR NEW BEST FRIEND

Serena lives in south east Tasmania with her husband, son, cats , dog , and pet lambs. Serena enjoys spending her spare time with her family.

Structured Practice Management started as Structured with Serena and was created in 2019, born from a love of all things healthcare, admin and organisation. 

With 10 years experience in general practice and private practice administration, Serena has developed a passion for supporting providers in the allied and mental health industry.  

Serena enjoy's working with clinicians and business owners to allow them to use their time effectively and do more of what they love. Serena has an in-depth understanding of all things medicare and risk management and can work with clients to create policies and procedures for their growing business. Serena has extensive knowledge and experience in setting up, maintaining and training practice staff in Practice Management Software such as; Power Diary, Splose Cliniko and Halaxy. ​

SPM provides a confidential, flexible and caring service and is able to provide full admin support to healthcare providers on an as needs basis or on an agreed upon number of hours weekly. As well as admin coverage Serena is able to provide consulting and project management. ​

Favourite thing about your job: I love all our clients and team like family, we have created a community of incredible people. I also love solving all the medicare conundrums, that's my jam

Maree comes to us with a boat load of experience, she has spent 17 years in the Catholic Education system, while also running two family owned and operated business'. She has been working in her own business as a contract bookkeeper to small business owners while being a partner in the family business, Bayview Timbers.  

She enjoys working with our wonderful clients to reduce overwhelm when it comes to their financials. Maree is the QUEEN of how to spend and save money in your business the right way and how to make the most of your current situation. 

Maree has extensive experience in accounting softwares such as; Xero, MYOB & Reckon.

We are so lucky to have Jemma on our team! Jemma has many years experience in Marketing and Design and has most recently worked in Tasmania's famous tourism industry while running her own business, coaching women to transform their life with healthy habits.

Jemma has experience and knowledge in healthcare and private practice marketing which is a HUGE benefit to our clients as the guidelines around marketing in healthcare are strict.

Favourite thing about your job: Being able to talk with people all around Aus from different walks of life and help them as much as I can. Love helping all the practices I work with to be as efficient as possible. Their time is precious, so if there's something I can do to cut the time down I will
Ideal holiday: To travel around Aus in a caravan/motorhome with my little family. Learning and exploring all the little outback towns
Favourite food: Mangos or any type of pasta (give me all the carbs)
Favourite animal: Goats, they make me smile
Favourite season: Winter would be my favourite. I love being snuggled up on the couch with a hot cuppa with the fire roaring whilst it's cold and rainy outside.

Virtual Administrators & Practice Managers

Our admin support team are the glue that holds this amazing team together. These wonderful ladies provide Virtual Administration and phone answering services to Private Practices all over Australia! Without them, we would be lost!

Hobbies outside of work: Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, and going camping
