What kind of practices do you work with?
We specialise in psychology and allied health clinics — from solo practitioners through to multi-site or fully online teams. Most of our clients are psychologists, counsellors, dietitians, or social workers who want a more structured, sustainable way to run their business.
Do you only work with Australian practices?
For Admin/Practice Management we work exclusively with Australian-based practices so we can stay aligned with AHPRA, Medicare, and privacy legislation.
That said, we support clinics all over the world for Marketing.
Can you help me set up my practice from scratch?
Absolutely. We love helping practitioners go from idea to fully booked.
Our Practice Setup Packages include everything from branding, website and CRM setup, to admin systems and marketing. You’ll walk away with a compliant, professional practice ready to launch.
I already have systems — can you just audit or improve them?
Yes — we can audit your current systems, identify what’s working (and what’s not), and rebuild workflows that actually make sense.
Many of our clients come to us after trying to DIY their setup — we’ll help you untangle the chaos and get everything running smoothly.
How long do projects take?
Most projects take 2–6 weeks, depending on complexity and which type of project.
Retainers are ongoing, with clear monthly deliverables and regular check-ins.
How much do your services cost?
Our project packages are flexible and monthly retainers start from $997.
Every clinic is different, so we’ll tailor a plan to your needs and budget during your Connection Call.
What platforms or CRMs do you work with?
We work across most major practice management and CRM systems — including Cliniko, Splose, Halaxy, and Zanda, plus GoHighLevel, Kajabi and all the usual platforms for marketing and automation.
If you’re not sure what to use, we’ll help you choose the best one for your clinic.
What’s the process to get started?
